Terms and Conditions for the Sunbeam & WeMoney Social Giveaway

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of WeMoney and Sunbeam, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the contest or helping to set up the contest shall not be permitted to enter.
2. Contest Period: The contest begins on 28 Dec 2023 and ends on 11:59PM 5th December. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
3. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted through the designated submission form. Each entrant must follow the submission guidelines as outlined in the contest announcement.
4. Prizes: Three winners will each receive one (1) SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen based on the criteria set out in the contest announcement. The decision of WeMoney in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Publicity: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the contest which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
8. Personal Data: All personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
9. Liability: WeMoney and Sunbeam are not responsible for inaccurate prize fulfilment details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. Rights: WeMoney reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of [Your Company Name]'s control.‍
11. Acceptance of Rules: By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.‍
12. Social Media: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to WeMoney and not to any other party.
