This Credit Guide is designed to help you decide whether to use our credit assistance services. It contains important information about:

You should read this Credit Guide before we provide you with credit assistance. Please keep a copy for your records.

2. Our Services

WeMoney provides credit assistance by helping you compare and apply for personal loan products from a range of credit providers. Our services are provided through the WeMoney app.

We do not provide credit ourselves. When you apply for a loan through the WeMoney app, you are applying directly to the credit provider, not to WeMoney.

Our services include:

  • Providing access to your credit score and credit report information
  • Helping you understand your financial position
  • Comparing loan products that may suit your needs
  • Facilitating loan applications to credit providers on our panel

3. Credit Providers on Our Panel

We work with a panel of credit providers. The credit providers we currently work with are:

Our panel may change from time to time. We will update this Credit Guide when there are material changes to our panel.

4. How We Are Paid

Our credit assistance services are provided to you at no cost. You do not pay us any fees for using the WeMoney app or for any credit assistance we provide.

We receive payments from credit providers when you successfully obtain a loan through our service. These payments are typically:

  • Upfront commission: A one-time payment when your loan settles
  • Trail commission: Ongoing payments based on the outstanding loan balance (where applicable)

The commissions we receive do not affect the interest rate or fees you pay on your loan. These are set by the credit provider.

You can ask us for more details about the commissions we receive from particular credit providers.

5. How to Make a Complaint

5.1 External Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 30 days, you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides a free and independent dispute resolution service.
