This report is based on a comprehensive survey conducted with over 1,000 WeMoney members during November and December 2024. The survey captured detailed insights into consumer behaviours, preferences, and attitudes toward the retail industry in Australia. Respondents were asked about their shopping habits, economic concerns, and the role of technology, including AI, in their purchasing decisions.
