Why can't I connect Up Bank?


You may have noticed, that at the moment you cannot connect Up Bank, HSBC and some other bank accounts that require MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) logins within the WeMoney app. This is because we are waiting until Open Banking is enabled and UP Bank (and other banks that require MFA) become members. Rest assured that as soon as these connections  become available, we will notify WeMoney members so you may get connected.
