The app looks nice but is useless until I can add my virgin money credit card. There also doesn't appear to be a way to manually add credit card statements for banks that are not yet affiliated which seems like a wasted opportunity. Please add this bank asap.
I cancelled MyEquifax as for same price (or less annually) you can get your monthly credit score and notifications. There are some bugs though, bill tracker is always a few days out and I can’t update it regardless of editing and saving. Also would be more meaningful to budget fortnightly rather than monthly as that’s how I get paid - can’t quite ditch the spreadsheet yet.
not sure on the UI seems a bit busy, and possibly not optimised for older mobiles as it can seem a bit slow early days but i can see the benefit of this app definitely
The app was great until it stopped syncing with my financial institution (despite the app showing no current issues with the CDR connection). Despite raising a ticket and following up multiple times due to a lack of updates, the issue is still unresolved 2 weeks later and as a paid member this simply isn't good enough.
Paid for the ability to use website and this isn't delivered and no support I have contacted support on a number of occasions and they keep saying "it's being investigated" but nothing ever gets updated or replied unless I further chase this up

Set it all up and it's tedious, then my income is listed as an expense . So whole ap is total useless. I suggest look elsewhere. Great idea but seriously flawed .
I haven't got too far into using it just yet but the app is very very busy. Constant offers everywhere. If you want somewhere simple to go and view your transactions and manage it, this is not it.
I like the connectivity but the budget tracking needs some work! Would also be really helpful to be able to change the category of expenses whilst they are still pending.
I’ve tried using this app for the past two years. There’s been so many bugs and glitches which has caused me to lose data and I’ve been unable to accurately track my accounts, savings goals and credit score improvements. This morning when I went to my most recent credit score, I was logged out and my account lost of my data. It basically went back to me being first time user. I lost connection to my bank accounts, super etc. I’m really annoyed with this app. Until these bugs and glitches are completely resolved, I would not recommend using this app.

As others have said, the app is super buggy. I have tried to connect my bank and other accounts and it doesn’t even work. What a shame :(
This application is horrible. I did the sum of all spending categories for the month of February and it's 9,007.91. Their Track feature states that in Feb I spent 10,362.08. A whooping discrepancy of 1,354.17. Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to trust this app when you can't get a simple arithmetical sum right. In the world of math, 2 plus 2 is 4, not 5.
I really like the interface and what’s offered. I also really like that it can connect to investment account like Macquarie Wrap. However, the connect stability and ability to refresh is poor. The app can sometimes be a week behind with no success with refreshing. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting works, but not always. Overall, I like it when it works but far too unreliable.

Was not able to connect one account despite selecting all accounts. This app feels buggy compared to 'Frolllo'. Frollo is also free and the interface much better. I have requested a refund as I prefer Frollo. Was able to link all accounts very smoothly.
As title suggest, this is an excellent budgeting tool that pulls all of your financial information together in one easy to view app. This can include anything from your every day banking accounts, credit cards, super, to investment accounts etc. Not only that, it will consistently update you on your credit rating (something which is so hard to find out at the best of times in Australia!). I’ve been recommending WeMoney to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work devs. Probably the only suggestion I have is to add a “Savings” category in the Track tab.
The app wants to charge me and won’t let me delete my data or my account. Display a technical issue message instead.
Considering it’s a finance app, I don’t understand how the balances show incorrectly so often. Customer service is non existent. No interest in fixing the issue, tickets just sit open for weeks with no updates.
This app has so much potential, but there needs to be more control over custom setting the dates of tracking, not just monthly/fortnightly. The app seems to have a lot of trouble automatically categorising transactions too, so you have to manually go through them. And finally, the web version should be fully functional. As it stands, it’s very basic. I’m sure most users would like to sit down at their computer and go over their budget in exactly the same way as the app.
Created my profile and sent in all the identification required, it said “please wait 48h while we verify your identity.” Three weeks later it was still saying that. Just takes you ID

I want to like this app, because the features are amazing but it is SO BUGGY!!! It was telling me I had $800,000 in shares (I wish) and then even when I went to report a bug it wouldn’t let me attach a screen shot. Freezes all the time, lots of small issues getting in the way of it being a great tool.
Great idea, useful app, but extremely unreliable. Often crashes and fails to load for days at a time.
Love the app, super easy to connect and great to use for keeping on track of finances. One of the best apps I’ve found to do it here in Australia. Would love to see more investment companies added such as WeBull so I can see that on the app too.
Needs improvements. Doesn’t load
The app is really feature rich and handles multiple accounts from all sorts of services fairly well. My only gripe is it just randomly goes down whenever I really need it. And I can understand if it was really rare, but for some reason I just keep getting greeted with the app loading screen. It’s become so unreliable I have to have a second app running with similar features as a backup just in case. This downtime can go on for days as well. It’s annoying that it functions like a live kind of service, I simply want to look at my accounts and move on. Does it need to block me from doing everything when it goes down? Decent app, just can’t seem to keep itself online reliably.
Hey every time I open the app my purchases rearrange into the wrong categories. I go through each category and edit them but they default back to the original location set by the app, can you please rectify this error or explain what I’m doing wrong? Thanks
Was using it for a couple of years, very good to track expenses, but since the last update the app doesn’t open, it stays on the loading page (the blue screen with the logo in the centre) and nothing happens. An app that doesn’t load is unfortunately a useless app?
Just a waste of time…
I had high hopes. I contacted customer service several times, as my budgeting and recent transaction history was unavailable but hasn’t been fixed in the last week. This feature is basically why I downloaded the app. The customer service team is very polite and lovely but when it comes to fixing anything, nothing happens I was looking forward to a great app and this could be it… but isn’t Other problems…when consolidating debt, the third party charges a very big set-up fee. Goals kept not syncing to my accounts. And I have to reset them multiple times to get it to work. Sorry guys it’s a hard pass. Lot’s of potential
No doubt that this is by far the most well developed budget tracking and financial planning app out there. But a $99 p/y subscription is very high for something that allows cross platform syncing and budgeting. I am also not interested to be told about Loan and Credit cards. If the pricing were a bit more flexible with different tiers for different users, that would make this a much preferred app.
My app isn’t opening for the past week and all I see is a white screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but still experiencing the problem.

Update: somewhat interesting to know, their awards are pay to play - companies have to pay to be considered. They’re not entirely independent so aren’t exactly objective awards. I was asked to participate in a previous role. Have spent time now with the app, doesn’t articulate anything special about your financial habits that you can’t already access through the better banking mobile apps including categorisations. Incredibly buggy and the notifications to get a personal loan are concerning, repetitive and irrelevant. Particularly useless.
It was working great and now has stopped working all of sudden. It just shows white screen when you open the app. I have tried reinstalling the app too but no difference.
It’s been giving me white screen ever since the last update, reinstalling doesn’t do anything. Very buggy, if you want an app that just works then it’s not for you because it doesn’t work.

Downloaded app 6 days ago and linked all accounts beautifully with no issues and began creating categories and linking transactions to them. Then this morning I get a blank white screen that doesn’t move. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting phone but nothing worked. My email was working to reset password either. I Customer service is very slow and they don’t have and live chat. I’m hopeful this can be sorted as the app and features looked fantastic but it’s no point if the app keeps failing. Very disappointed
I haven’t been able to get in for months because it just gets stuck on the loading page. Unfortunately I now have a deep hatred for that stupid loading page animation. I see it in my sleep. It’s insane to me that an app that was working so well is suddenly bedridden because it takes so long to load. Don’t bother putting your personal info in because you may never be able to get into or again one day.
Great features are embedded in the free version and hips of extras with an annual subscription. This app is the best I found so far to track cashflow, understand your spending habits and set your goals for saving money. The latest update fixes the login issue and thanks to customer service for reaching out.
I don’t have a great first impression of this app. Recurring expenses - had a bug where the dates and days of the week did not align. Recurring expense dates are also often a few days later than in reality - I presume because the app goes off of the cleared date rather than the charged date. This would be alright if you could manually adjust these recurring expense dates though when you save the new date this doesn’t save. Also, I used a coupon code when signing up to receive $5 and this is not recorded in my account and support has been average regarding all of these issues.
It’s so useful to get my credit score although now they want you to pay Gone are the days when it didn’t cost anything it was helpful though

Great idea, but the bugs are pretty frequent eg I’ve had zero dollar transactions being randomly recorded as $8, purchases on one credit card product were all recorded as money received (rather than spent), and moving money between accounts or paying down loans/credit were often incorrectly categorised. Strongly suggest you try the free product and check the level of bugs before you commit to the paid version.
The app works relatively well & is useful however considering I’m paying $10/month for premium, I find it incredibly frustrating that basically everytime I login I have to update the app & my accounts are constantly not up to date.
Nothing works as it should. Ever since I created an account, I’ve been trying to link AusSuper. Refuses to work and says it is “currently” down, but has been down for months. Submitted two bug requests and heard nothing back from their supposed support team. Useless customer support. You can’t even pick a dark mode choice on the app. Don’t waste your time, sincerely.

In theory it’s great but the UI is awful. Consistently shows you adds to upgrade or sign up to credit services. For the life of me I can’t seem to recategorise transactions
App wouldn’t accept all my accounts. It is not user friendly
I had great hopes for WeMoney! Yet it has disappointed from the first. For an app claiming to solve the cashflow and debt problems of everyday living, it has not lived up to its promise! I don’t have debt problems. I don’t have debts! None. Zero. Nil. I have credit - NOTE CR - balances in both my credit cards! I deposit money into my CCs, in advance - fortnightly, to pay for my EFTPOS payments. Yet WeMoney insists I have a CC debt equal to the credit. For a money accounting program that we are asked to trust, if it cannot tell the difference between a credit and debit, should we trust it? Maybe not.
Great concept, terrible execution. Bank accounts say refreshed but balances don’t change. Net worth calculations wildly inaccurate based on the accounts not refreshing. Slammed with ads unless you purchase pro (which I did) and is a huge waste of money. A+ for marketing. D for the actual application. Reported multiple bugs, no fixes and no response from developers. Don’t waste your money.
Good to track spending insights
Thought this would be similar to MoneyBrilliant but so far behind. UI is buggy, as a yearly PRO subscriber I am very disappointed.
I like this app. I use it when I can. Unfortunately it frequently bugs out and doesn’t update banking information. I’ve had several instances where my account amounts don’t update for weeks. I’ve reported the bug but it doesn’t seem to resolve the repeated issue. When the amounts are updating, it’s a really useful app. I love being able to see where my money has been spent and areas I can improve. It’s awesome that I don’t have to manually add all those amounts in. If they can iron out this current bug, it will be a 5 star app.
I signed up for the premium features, however they were never enabled on my account & I was told my subscription had expired despite providing the evidence of the charge. When I contacted the support centre, I had zero response. So I tried a different email & was finally acknowledged only to have to explain the situation all over again instead of them finding my support tickets (I gave them the reference numbers). After being told my subscription had expired, even though I was charged - I was never offered for the app to be fixed, instead was told to request a refund from apple directly. As well, when I was initially setting up and went to connect all my various accounts, most of them either weren’t available or were not working - this went on for days with no indication of a resolution. Lastly, when deleting my account it has a button for “tell us why you’re leaving” but when you click on the button, nothing happens. This app is beyond a joke Overall - poor app & shocking customer service experience.
Totally unusable for the last two months. Still paying for premium, no accounts link. No response from support. Months and months of budgeting/tracking/assigning tags lost.
Absolutely useless, doesn’t list all transactions. Was missing some transactions from my linked credit card so stats are inaccurate. Submitted 2 bug reports over the past month and still no reply other than the auto AI reply. App deleted. Don’t waste your time.

This app used to be good but now there are a lot of attachable accounts having issues with it. I can’t add my superannuation account and it keeps counting transfers between accounts as income, making my total each month balloon out.
Update! NOTHING WORKS! I have sent so many requests for support and no fixes. Worst app I’ve ever used in my life. How can companies get away with showing outdated reviews. I will make sure to tell everyone not to use this terrible app. I’ve asked for a refund as it’s unusable so many times and nobody responds. I unfortunately didn’t check the dates of the reviewing showing 5 stars which are from 4 years ago! Recent reviews show this is a rubbish app. I bought premium as I’d hoped I could use this to track all my accounts. I can’t. Some don’t connect. I can’t attach goals to my accounts and was told to add manual amounts but that’s not why I got this app I can do this on pen and paper. I can’t set the start of my financial week to the correct day (I track from Wednesdays as that’s when I get paid). I regret paying for premium. Hasn’t been worth it for me. Some accounts just randomly disappear from my dashboard, rarely up to date amounts. Customer service is the worst. Accounts disconnect frequently. I want a refund of this terrible app.
Half of the data feeds that the app relies on don’t work. Support team is apologetic but hands are tied. Good luck if you lose your password because unless you’ve provided your mobile number previously you won’t get a reset link. Frustrating experience and I’ve given up on a product that peddles product and never improves.
I’m a little confused because according to the ads I’ve seen this app is meant to help resolve depts but I can’t just list the debts I’m needing to pay yeah sure it’s good for checking credit scores and where your money is going from the bank but I was really hoping to be able to put all my current debts in one place to track them and my progress with them and also have a total amount of all my depts together as seen in the ad I seen
Wemoney has really helped me get ahold of my finances and push me to make the right decisions. It’s so easily laid out and easy to use. I couldn’t be happier. :) thank you!
It’s frustrating that I can no longer connect all of my accounts — especially my credit card, which previously worked without issue. Without being able to see everything in one place, the app fails at its core purpose. Useful in principle, but currently less useful and reliable.
Since the last update, the app no longer just opens and when I try to login, it tries to set up a new acct. you have just renewed my data connection to my banks with my existing acct so why would I want to create a new acct. I’m leaving this feedback here to be resolved as your email address bounces back as well.

Heartbreaking. Have been using this app for six months and seen a great shift in our finances only to open it today and it requested a login. Upon logging in all my accounts are disconnected and all my data is gone. Start again, or find something else!?

I loved this app and have been using it for months now, all of a sudden it doesn’t work. I cannot get onto the app it and freezes on the logo when you try to open the app. I have deleted, redownloaded and updated it today to try and fix it.. still nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this app until the issues are fixed/if they are fixed as this has been an ongoing issue for me for months now.
Had the app for 30mins and now it just keeps crashing, this is all after I’ve entered all my details and done budgets. I’ve deleted and re-download the app and still the same things are happening. Definitely don’t recommend

This app gives a mixed over view of total finances and the budge section is horrid. Cash can’t be linked to goals for a total progress picture and I can’t find either of my investment to link for an over view of my shares. All in all it is ok but actual functionality is basic. The bill tracking section is good though. It is better than nothing but frustrating. Update: it is how for several months having connection issues, deleted bank accs still show up and still can’t either of my shares. i also noticed the total net worth is wrong for the info it has, clearly is not subtracting the loan amount. All in all it is easer and mote accurate to keep a small journal on payday. Don’t recommend this app.

Everybody’s complaining the app is crashing for 3 months now and you’re improving UI - the app won’t even open - the logo freezes and that’s it. Time to call it a day - let us log in through the website and delete our data and our accounts. After 3 months there’s no hope here
Was getting to know the service and paying for WeMoney Pro but the latest update seems to have bricked my app. Have deleted, logged out and back it, no dice.
Just like all the other reviews app is completely frozen can’t get past first page of the app have asked for help from customer service to help rectify this but haven’t heard anything back, have also paid for the pro version which i cannot use now very disappointed now i will be deleting the app and moving over to pocket smith, not a very good first impressions, and would also like a refund

Signed up for the Pro version hoping to set up and start setting up my budget and track goals. Worked for two days then it has stopped. Since the update it won’t go past the first page. You can’t log a ticket because it’s frozen. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work. Updating phone iOS doesn’t work. It’s been 4 days and we haven’t even been able to use the free trial period. Very frustrating and disappointing.
This review is simply to let the developer know that it seems since the last update 2 days ago that the app is either crashing or not loading properly. Virtually impossible to use at the moment.

I was hoping this app would give me a 360 view of my spending. I connected my credit card account but the data I’m seeing in WeMoney is not properly visualised or even synced. On Track tab graph shows one number, transaction list shows completely different picture. Merchants section is empty 🤷
Impressed you can link accounts for free even though 3 of my accounts linked to my mortgage I couldn’t sync. The spending categories provided for free are general and useful. The data did not adjust to my iPhone screen so I have text overlapping text and you can’t really read anything
A great way to budget and save money if you struggle to do from paycheck to paycheck
The app has been around for a while, but the accounts seem to disconnect all the time, transactions are missing and when you try and report bugs using the app, there's no response. There's probably a better free version of this app out there.
Within 2 days of downloading this app, i have been inundated with calls, emails and texts all trying to refinance and offer insurance. Do not download this app, unless you want to be constantly contacted by companies selling thins

To use this app, you have to provide all of your personal identification details and financial information which I think is absolutely absurd. This is not a government owned facility. Why should I provide you with all my information only for it to be leaked or stolen?
For an app that’s been around for a couple of years, the number of bugs is crazy and very frustrating. Will allocate transactions to categories and several times the app will refresh and change it around again anyway! Currently dealing with transactions doubling up from one account which is a nightmare. Have paid for a subscription and not happy about how many issues there are.
This app lets me see what I’m spending, where I’m spending it and how I can save. Love the budget aspect too, it takes a while to get it right but once you’ve got your accounts set up it’s a breeze.
I ran into multiple issues within the first hour of setting up the account. Not an exhaustive list but issues include inability to toggle ignore transaction for single/multiple transactions, having to revoke access and grant access 5+ times before my bank account showed up, dashboard net worth not tracking all the accounts resulting in a wrong calculation. I reached out to the support team multiple times with screenshots of the bugs and only received automated replies for the past two days.

No! Don't trust these guys - i used them and they left 81 CREDIT ENQUIRIES on my credit file. I now have to spend THOUSANDS to remove them

you lost me at ... needing my driver's licence details, just to use the app. I get that you say "for security reasons" ... but just to use app + view my multiple CC's (that I already have) in 1 place ... come-on !!! ... that's what the SECURE AUTH requests that you do when you link various a/c's is for. then reading other ppl's experiences ... app seems buggy with google pixel phones - so no point me going much further. uninstalled. bye-bye.

I can no longer click on the individual months under the 'track' area of the app, this means I cannot see how my individual budget categories have performed for the month. Support is also useless, have notified wemoney of the issue and have had no response. I have also emailed previously about getting web access because I have Premium but haven't heard back. If I am wrong or misunderstanding please respond to my email or chat message and I will delete this review.

I downloaded the app, connected it, now 1 day later I can't even use the app, keeps saying too many bugs. help?
Started great but now it's having constant glitches with different elements. First I couldn't edit recurring expenses and now it deletes my budget everytime I leave the app and I have to reset it everytime I enter the app. Next I had to re connect to my transaction accounts again. It was great while it works but so many issues in the last month. Customer support is erratic in response time too. Anywhere between 10 minutes to 1 week.
It allowed me to set everything up and now the app just keeps crashing or won't even load. very frustrating

the app has a lot of bugs. You can report them and they are proactive at trying to fix them but if its not one thing, theres something else. I'm not sure why they have a net worth graph because it's never accurate and a bit useless. The app has a tonne of ads to sell you loans/refinancing or other products that you can't get rid of even though they have an 'x' on them as if you can. I only really used it for the networth feature but I often had to reconnect all my accounts so Ive deleted the app
I have had this app for about a month now and it has been incredibly useful as my partner and I start properly saving for a house. I can see where I can cut back expenses, see my bills for the current and coming months as well as set certain budgets for certain spendings. I don't do much within the community section but from what I've seen everyone is incredibly positive and very helpful. I even emailed with some feedback about couples expenses and Daniel was simply amazing to chat with.

I didn't even finish setting it up, asked for mobile number. edit in response to reply: You tell me it's for security, BUT no other app ask for this. everytime I "need" to provide my mobile I get so many spam calls, because companies sell my personal ID to the highest bidder . You need to find another way.

Update Aug 25:Can't seem to set my fortnightly tracking of spending to start from my payday Coming here from PocketBook app (RIP) first thing is U can't seem to edit the categories, such as under 'personal & family' I would have Kids, entertainment - same as 'transport' I would have bus, rego, insurance and food I would have multiples like grociers, fast food, work lunches
Has been helpful in getting on top of and ahead of outgoings - the savings are the added bonus.
Great and intuitive UI. Support service was very responsive and helpful too.
Good for easily tracking debt over multiple accounts and tracking net wealth over various investment types (i.e. unrealised gains from Superannuation, Stocks, Crypto, Microinvesting, etc.), even allows you to include a fixed amount for owned assets to include toward your total net worth. That said, the paid subscription is not worth it unless you need monthly credit score updates, and everything the app provides you can track yourself with spreadsheets.
Promising app, updating the review as app has improved massively with performance and features. However there is a a couple of loans i am unable to add as they do not show up on the list. e.g. Wallet Wizard.
love the app so far, my only issue so far is everytime I try to edit my reoccurring expenses it won't let me due to some issue. and I can't find a way to delete reoccurring expenses either when they are done. if you can fix this ill alter score to 5 stars.

Wouldn't recommend, The app about helping to save money, requires you to pay nearly $100 just for you to get the benefits of tracking and further info on how to save. the app is a scam.

Average... serves a purpose and does ok, but a lot of issues that never seem to get fixed no matter how many times you contact support. The most disturbing part is a budgeting app to help "pay off debt faster" on the 'For You' page recommendations, 5 kinds of debt. 4 of which are bad debt... It encourages people to put themselves in WORSE financial situations. These recommendations are conveniently more accessible over standard banking and finance resources which is all it should be. Gross!!
wants all personal info to 'verify ID' ... app is not verified by play protect... not sure I trust it..

great app if im honest is hard on the ads and well to be expected but still fair imo my biggest gripe with the app is i personally work with a supermarket so my shopping paid and paid from my workplace are considered one so it entirely skews my app so muy budget is affected and categories are out of wack is just annoying other then that the app is fantastic for its ease of view and access to my banking/investments
for 3 days now it's stated "next update today" for my credit score. does this all the time!
Links to financial institutions, but then never updates the transactions or constantly loses the connection. if you are going to charge a substantial monthly fee, you need to be able to deliver a functioning product. just an excuse to advertise a load of products
