A NEW YEAR, NEW GOALS.

After the 67 months of 2020 it's exciting to start a new year! A new year means new goals and new resolutions. So we want to know yours!

Here are some resolutions from some of our favourite Australian financial influencers.

Emily, aka Aussie Debt Free Girl - My main goals for 2021 are to side hustle $10,0000 and to save $20,000 towards our house deposit. Don't worry i will be documenting the whole thing on Instagram.

Bargain boss, - My New Year's resolution is to reduce my spending on random things - I’ve been spending a little extra this year with the covid lockdown and online shopping being so accessible. I’d also like to side hustle more, with a goal of 10K over the year, and to ‘shop’ my pantry more often. I’m aiming for one week each month where I use what I have and do not buy any groceries aside for the essentials.

Money savvy mumma -Our resolutions are to have baby #3, pay $30,000 off mortgage principal, begin investing in shares and continue contributing extra to our superannuation. We will also be making some updates to our house and updating the blog weekly.

Natasha, aka Tashinvests -My goals for 2021 are to build my share portfolio to 100k and build the tashinvests brand into a profitable business all while wakeboarding and spending as much time in the ocean as possible. I’m also going to finally graduate uni and become a registered OT which I'm super excited about!

I also want to spend less time aimlessly scrolling and create more content than I consume.

Stacie, aka Budget_Save_Spend  - My New Years resolution is to make my financial goals fun and sustainable by setting small achievable steps with clear outcomes ie saving $1000 a month and using charts to track my daily progress.

Justin, aka justinbaldori_ - My goal in 2021 is to continue to inspire investors, young and old, to take control of their financial lives. Investing is a whole new world, and to some, very scary (which is perfectly ok), but I will be doing everything I can in 2021 to help educate and inspire every single one of you the powers of investing and break down the misconceptions along the way. I'm super excited for 2021 to grow with all of you!
