This website, its associated newsletters, RSS feeds, Facebook and Twitter pages and suchlike are published by We Be Pty Ltd (ABN 85 134 374 271). We Be Pty Ltd is referred to as “We Be” hereinafter. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “customers” shall include registered users of the website, visitors to the website, subscribers to We Be-related newsletters, RSS feeds, Facebook and Twitter pages, other users of our services and purchasers of our products, advertising customers and related organisations and individuals.
Purpose of Privacy Policy
We Be acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of information that is collected from its customers. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide advice to customers, explaining the nature of information that may be collected; how such information may be used and to whom it may be disclosed; how it is secured; how customers may access and update their personal information; and so on.

This information will not be provided unless you consent to it being provided. Non-Registered Users We Be does not collect specific personal information from non-registered users. In the event that a non-registered user provides any personal information to us (eg. by way of a “Contact Us” form), that information will be used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We Be may also collect certain non-personal information and data to enable us to track usage patterns, enhance the content provided by our website/s and improve the products and services that we provide to our customers.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We Be will use the personal information that we collect only for the purposes for which it is provided by our customers. For example, where a customer provides their full name and a summary of their personal background as part of establishing a user profile on the website, that information will be used to identify the customer and enable them to establish and develop their personally-tailored user profile. In certain circumstances, We Be may share your personal information with third parties that are related to We Be, for the purposes of improving the products and services that we provide to our customers. Except in limited circumstances, We Be will not sell or otherwise receive payment for disclosing personal information to third parties without obtaining the consent of its customers. Such circumstances might include where We Be shares your personal information with third parties who provide prizes for competitions and/or other benefits and discounts that might be available to our registered users. We Be seeks to preserve the security and privacy of personal information collected from our customers. In aid of this, we adopt a range of administrative and technological security measures (such as firewalls and encrypting) in order to protect personal information from unauthorised use. However, it must be remembered that the security of electronic data transmissions via the internet cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Further, users are individually responsible for the security of and access to their own computers and for preserving the secrecy of their usernames, passwords and other information associated with registering, logging in and updating their profile.
Accessing and Updating Personal Information
We Be enables customers to access personal information by way of their user profiles. These enable\ customers to confirm the accuracy of their personal information and, if required, update that information. Customers may request access to any other personal information held by We Be by contacting our Privacy Officer (see below for contact details).
Inviting Friends
We Be enables its customers to invite their friends and colleagues to take advantage of the products and services that we provide. Prior to requesting such invitations be sent, customers must ensure that their friends and colleagues consent to having their names and email addresses provided to We Be. Other than to send the above-mentioned invitation/s, We Be will not use the personal information of invited friends and colleagues until they become customers of We Be.
Newsletters
We Be distributes periodic newsletters to registered users and other subscribers. These newsletters refer to content that has been incorporated onto the website and are provided to inform recipients of recent news and updates. Registered users may choose to not receive newsletters by amending the preferences in their user profile. Similarly, other subscribers may choose to unsubscribe from receiving these newsletters at any time.
Public Information
To the extent that you post any information in forums, comments or other articles on the website, such information becomes public information. We Be cannot guarantee the security of information once it becomes public - please consider this before posting such information.

They enable us to track usage patterns, compile data and personalise customers’ experience on the website. The default settings of most browsers typically allow Cookies. We Be provides links to various websites in circumstances where we believe that those other websites might be of interest to our customers. We Be accepts no responsibility for personal information disclosed by customers on linked websites.
